Frequently asked questions
General
It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your garments, e.g., do you have a concierge or not. In the case of a concierge, you can leave your laundry, in the provided garment bag, with the concierge and we will pickup/deliver your fresh clean garments. If you do not have a concierge, you can leave us a key to access your building and pickup/deliver your laundry from in front of your apartment or Garage. We will not be held responsible for missing items.
If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please call our customer service as soon as possible. If we find damage to a garment before servicing, we will do one of the following: try to contact you, take pictures before cleaning, or return without service. If it is determined that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, we will provide you a credit to the original form of payment up to 7x the cost charged to clean the garment.
Lenox Park Dry Cleaners respects your privacy. Across our business, we will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to provide service and support, and share service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We don't share your personal data. We strive to ensure that every customer experience is safe and secure.
We use professional methods best suited for each item. However, we are not responsible for hidden fabric weaknesses or prior damage that may appear during cleaning. This includes delicate or specialty materials such as leather, suede, silk, satin, cashmere, fur, vinyl, and decorative trims (buttons, beads, buckles, sequins).
Yes. Pickup & Delivery is primarily a Wash, Dry & Fold service. If dry-clean-only items are included:- Customers should provide an item count- If no count is provided, our ticket count is accepted- If counts differ, we will contact you before service- If no response is received, the order will not be processed
To ensure smooth and timely service, customers are responsible for having items ready at the scheduled pickup time and for being available to receive deliveries. Customers are provided with mobile tracking and notifications to monitor pickup and delivery windows. Lenox Park Dry Cleaners is not responsible for missed pickups or deliveries due to items not being ready, unavailable access, or customers not being present.
